Due to our rapid expansion, we have a number of roles in our collections team. As a Collections Officer, you’ll be on the front line connecting with vulnerable customers, helping them get back on track with their overdue accounts. We have both Entry-Level and Snr Positions available.
📞 On a Day-to-Day Basis, You Will:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, arranging payment plans and assisting with the collection of outstanding accounts.
- Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.
- Negotiate payment solutions, resolve account enquiries, and overcome objections while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Use your empathy, active listening skills, and professional phone manner to understand each customer’s circumstances and achieve the best possible outcome.
