The Role
As a Club Manager, you’ll be the heart of our club’s success. You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
Your key responsibilities include:

Drive Membership Sales and Revenue Growth – Execute high-impact sales strategies and lead from the front to consistently exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.

Deliver Against KPIs with Precision – Take full ownership of performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, retention, and member engagement—ensuring all agreed targets are not only met but surpassed.

Lead a High-Performance Sales Culture – Motivate your team to deliver outstanding results through goal-setting, regular performance reviews, and real-time sales coaching.

Create a Market-Leading Member Experience – Ensure every prospect and member interaction delivers exceptional service that drives conversion, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

Execute Strategic Marketing Campaigns – Plan and implement local marketing and outreach initiatives that generate qualified leads, elevate brand awareness, and drive member acquisition and retention.

Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance – Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment by adhering to company policies and all regulatory standards.
About You
You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:
• Proven experience with Lead Generation including Outreach and B2B
• Years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teams
• A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members
• A deep commitment to exceptional customer service
