About the Role

Reporting to the Assets and Property Manager, the Assets Project Officer plays a vital role in the day-to-day administration and coordination of Anyinginyi Health’s residential and business properties, asset management systems, contractor activities, housing coordination, and work order processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage asset and property-related projects and activities.
  • Administer residential and business property portfolios, including tenancy management and property inspections.
  • Manage work orders, contractor engagement, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of asset management systems and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, reporting systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure staff accommodation, property readiness and operational requirements are effectively managed.
  • Assist in delivering safe, compliant and well-maintained facilities across Tennant Creek and remote locations.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and working independently.
  • Knowledge of property management processes, inspections, tenancy agreements and residential leasing practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
  • Understanding of Aboriginal culture and the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal people and communities.
  • A current unrestricted NT Driver’s Licence (or ability to obtain one) and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain one).

Desirable

  • Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs).
  • Remote NT experience.

Administration, Support & Management (Admin): $90,428.76 – $99.102.32 per annum
