Anvelo’s Project Management Office

At Anvelo, our Program Management Office (PMO) services support and enhance the delivery of portfolios, programs, and projects across various industries. Our PMO provides governance, oversight, and strategic guidance to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. With over 90% of projects typically exceeding their budget or schedule, we implement innovative solutions to drive better outcomes amidst increasing complexity and uncertainty.

Multiple roles within Anvelo’s PMO Team

As the demand increases to work on some of the country’s largest heavy construction and transport infrastructure projects, Anvelo is preparing to help deliver these impactful and essential projects.

We are currently seeking PMO professionals who want to join a business of leading experts for the following roles:

  • PMO Coordinators
  • PMO Analysts
  • PMO Managers

These roles will span across several locations, including Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney.

Key responsibilities will cover project governance, project controls and performance monitoring, risk management and mitigation, reporting and stakeholder communication, resource management and facilitating workshops to enhance project management skills and knowledge.

Experience and skills needed:

  • Relevant formal qualifications in engineering, or construction.
  • Construction industry experience preferably in the transport infrastructure and/or heavy construction sectors.
  • Chartered credentials (preferred).
  • Experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft projects is advantageous.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
