We’re looking for an experienced Senior Veterinarian to provide clinical leadership, mentor our veterinary team and help shape the future of animal welfare across NSW.

You’ll combine hands-on medicine and surgery with leadership, coaching and strategic influence, helping animals in need while supporting the development of the next generation of veterinary professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex medical and surgical cases
• Mentor veterinarians and veterinary nurses
• Champion animal welfare and shelter medicine best practice
• Lead clinical governance, biosecurity and quality improvement initiatives
• Influence organisational decisions and future veterinary services

About You

• Registered Veterinarian in NSW
• 5+ years’ clinical experience
• Confident managing complex medical and surgical cases
• Passionate about animal welfare and developing others
• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
