ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Multisport Manager, this role will be responsible for the expansion and retention of tag league teams in various locations across Metro Sydney. You will have oversight of both Junior and Adult competitions and manage the full operation of Tag League to ensure product delivery is on point every single time.

This role will include:

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients

Manage the expansion of Tag League across metro Sydney

Build strong relationships with Rugby League clubs to encourage year-round participation

Use insights too inform retention strategies

Work with both casual and full-time employees to support the delivery of tag league

ABOUT YOU

Strong business acumen

Excellent at building relationships

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative approach to solving problems to find win/win solutions

Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence

Strong work ethic and desire to learn and develop new skills

Work flexibility required including weeknights and ad hoc weekends

Tag League knowledge not essential
