As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Case Manager to join our supportive team.

About the Role:

Are you an experienced coordinator or team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of jobs from start to finish?

As our Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing allocated restoration jobs from initial scheduling through to completion, ensuring they progress efficiently and meet client, customer, and business requirements.

You will be a key point of contact for our field crew, customers, clients, and internal stakeholders. You’ll coordinate daily schedules, monitor job progress, support field staff, review reporting, and resolve issues to help ensure every job is delivered to a high standard.

This is a hands-on coordination and leadership role suited to someone with exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills who enjoys keeping people and projects moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration jobs from scheduling through to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate daily field crew schedules, job instructions, site requirements, equipment and customer confirmations.
• Monitor job progress, reporting, attendance times, materials and equipment records within Simpro.
• Communicate with customers, clients, field crews, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Lead and support field staff through regular feedback, one-on-ones, quality checks and performance management.
• Ensure safety, company procedures, site standards, reporting requirements and service expectations are consistently maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, training and overall field crew performance.

About You:

• Experience in coordination, scheduling, restoration, construction, insurance repairs or field operations.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers, clients and field teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and job management platforms, with Simpro experience highly regarded.
• A positive, accountable and team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
• Flexibility to assist with after-hours requirements and overtime when necessary.
