Our portfolio includes landmark communities such as Central Park Sydney, along with residential developments across New South Wales ranging from boutique communities of around 50 lots through to precinct-scale developments comprising several thousand homes.
As our Embedded Energy business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and help drive the next phase of our growth.
About the role
This is a strategic business development role focused on identifying and securing new opportunities across both new residential developments and existing communities.
Working closely with developers, Owners Corporations, strata managers, consultants and other key stakeholders, you’ll build trusted relationships, identify opportunities early and guide complex commercial engagements through to successful outcomes.
Managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution, you’ll work collaboratively with our commercial, legal and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value for our customers.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, influencing decision-makers and seeing complex opportunities through to completion.
About you
You’re a commercially minded Business Development professional with a proven track record of winning new business and managing complex sales opportunities.
You’re comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, navigating multiple stakeholders and building credibility through a consultative approach. You understand that successful business development comes from creating genuine value, developing trusted relationships and maintaining momentum throughout longer sales cycles.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience within embedded energy or a closely related industry, however what matters most is your ability to develop opportunities, build strong commercial relationships and deliver results.
You’ll also bring:
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving commercial outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence presenting to executives, boards and other senior stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining strong pipeline discipline.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine passion for building new business.
