Beauty Therapist & Eyelash Technician

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist & Eyelash Technician to join our team at Allure Aesthetics Studio in Morningside, Queensland. You must have enough experience to work independently and without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including eyebrow waxing, lamination, lash and brow tinting and lash lifts.
• Apply eyelash extensions and provide aftercare advice to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Maintain clientele and encourage re-booking
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist and Eyelash Technician.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
