What You’ll Learn

  • Network infrastructure: Install structured cabling, pathways, racks and data hall systems; read and interpret construction drawings and network plans.
  • Fibre and copper: Terminate and test copper; install, splice and test fibre; work with high-density systems including MPO/MTP and patching environments.
  • Testing and compliance: Use industry equipment such as Fluke, OTDR and EXFO testers; produce reports and work to applicable standards and client requirements.
  • Data centre delivery: Work safely in clean, high-security and mission-critical environments where quality, documentation and attention to detail matter.
  • Professional capability: Build communication, teamwork, planning and problem-solving skills while learning from experienced industry professionals.
