Chief Marketing Officer – Multi-Brand Leadership Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing to supercharge growth across four unique brands – Allara Support Services, Provider Business School, Rachel Carey, and Zoomly. You will own go-to-market strategy, review and approve all marketing deliverables, and ensure cohesive, impactful brand messaging that drives growth and engagement.
You’ll be leading a team of 8 talented marketers (onshore and offshore) across this fast-paced, purpose-fueled ecosystem – where every day brings fresh challenges, exciting projects, and the chance to make a real difference.
Start-up and scale-up experience is a must – and if you’ve worked in disability, tech, training, transport or NFP sectors, even better.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and align marketing strategies for Allara Support Services, Zoomly, PBS, and the Rachel Carey personal brand (including podcast planning and growth).
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new offerings and events across all brands.
- Oversee and review marketing content, campaigns, and creative assets developed by the marketing team before launch, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Manage social media and digital marketing strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with web and design teams to maintain and enhance websites and user experience.
- Direct email marketing automation and lead nurturing via Mailchimp.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, to drive brand awareness and event sales.
- Coordinate event marketing, speaker engagement, and onsite execution.
- Represent the Rachel Carey brand and its businesses at key networking events and industry expos.
- Manage submissions for business awards to build brand credibility.
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- 7+ years’ experience leading marketing teams and strategies, ideally across personal brands, service-based businesses, or regulated sectors.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and overseeing content across web, social, and paid channels.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with key platforms including WordPress, Mailchimp (automation workflows), social media, and paid advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of 8 and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical, operations, and business development teams.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing high-level planning with day-to-day execution.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and aligning marketing strategies with in-person service delivery models or customer journeys is desirable.
