About the opportunity

With a growing pipeline of work, we are looking for multiple Contracts Administrators to join our team.

As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll manage contract administration on major renewable energy projects, from tender and contract set-up through delivery to close out. You’ll work closely with our project, commercial and finance teams, keeping contracts, claims and key dates on track so they can focus on delivery.

Day to day you will;

• Support tender submissions and contract set-up across our contract management and finance systems.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts through delivery, including variations, notices and progress claims.
• Track bank guarantees, surety bonds and security deposits, and keep teams across key dates and expiries.
• Reconcile the contracts register against monthly progress claims and flag any discrepancies.
• Keep contract records, filing and archiving accurate and audit-ready.
• Contribute ideas to improve our contracts processes, templates and forms.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a contracts administration role, gained within a tier 1 or tier 2 environment.
• A background in renewables, civil, infrastructure, building or a related construction sector.
• A collaborative approach to supporting project, commercial and finance teams through delivery.
• A sharp eye for detail and the organisational skills to manage competing priorities across multiple contracts.
