The role
Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help run the Bundall store day to day and lead a small team of retail assistants. You’ll:
- Lead and coach the team to deliver great customer service and hit sales targets
- Keep the store looking its best, in line with our visual standards
- Manage stock levels and ordering
- Support the Store Manager with budgets and store operations
- Get to know our customers and help them find the right pieces for their home

- Retail supervisory or management experience, ideally in homewares or lifestyle
- A hands-on leader who brings out the best in a team
- Organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling priorities
- Confident with POS and inventory systems
- A genuine love of quality products and home décor
