We’re looking for confident, upbeat and hardworking Part-Time Front of House Team Members who take pride in creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a beautiful, welcoming space.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the welcoming face of Alchemy, helping create an experience where every guest feels comfortable, connected and genuinely cared for.

While customer connection is at the heart of what we do, this is also a hands-on, operational role. You’ll be actively involved in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and smooth running of the venue throughout your shift.

From greeting guests and managing bookings to cleaning saunas, maintaining wet areas and preparing spaces for the next session, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every visit meets the Alchemy standard.

This is a permanent part-time position, offering regular, contracted hours within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience & Connection

• Warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and create a positive first impression.
• Build genuine connections with regular members and new visitors.
• Assist with bookings, memberships, payments and general enquiries.
• Confidently explain our facilities, services and sauna and cold plunge experience.
• Respond to guest needs and help resolve minor issues with care and initiative.

Cleaning & Venue Presentation

• Complete regular cleaning of saunas, cold plunges, showers, bathrooms and communal spaces.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout every shift.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, wiping surfaces, sanitising facilities and managing laundry.
• Monitor and replenish towels, amenities and other venue supplies.
• Take ownership of venue presentation, proactively identifying areas requiring attention without waiting for direction.

Daily Venue Operations

• Complete opening and closing procedures, including venue preparation, cleaning and operational checks.
• Monitor guest flow and help ensure sessions run smoothly and on time.
• Use booking and payment systems accurately and confidently.
• Follow established safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Supervisors and team members to maintain consistent venue standards.
• Take initiative during quieter periods to complete cleaning, restocking and other operational tasks.

About You

We’re looking for people who bring great energy, a strong work ethic and genuine care to everything they do.

You’ll ideally have:

• A warm, confident and approachable personality with a genuine love for people.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness or wellbeing environments.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck into all aspects of venue operations.
• High personal standards when it comes to cleanliness, organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and recognise what needs to be done.
• Confidence using technology, booking systems and payment platforms.
• Reliability, flexibility and a team-first mindset.
• A positive attitude towards early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
