We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead our service capability and quality. You will lead Service Team Leaders and Service Technicians, set the standards our customers rely on, and make sure our promises can be delivered through Service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing Service Team Leaders and Service Technicians so they can be their best
- Setting service strategy, governance and national service standards, and managing technical risk
- Owning service quality, capability and accreditation discipline, including ISO and NATA compliance, audits and corrective actions
- Supporting in-service equipment across its lifecycle, including technical training, bulletins and escalation pathways
- Managing service budget input, contribution margin expectations and investment recommendations
- Building supplier relationships for service equipment, spare parts and calibration standards
- Working with Sales, Operations and Rental so customer commitments are achievable through Service
- Driving continuous improvement in service processes, systems and turnaround
About you:
You are a technically credible leader who builds strong teams and holds a high standard. You are comfortable with compliance and accreditation, and you take ownership of outcomes.

- Proven ability to lead team leaders, with a coaching and accountability mindset
- Commercial awareness, including budgets, margin and investment cases
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills across sales, operations, rental and suppliers
