About the Role
Reporting to the
Duty Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of our gaming room and food and
beverage venues — delivering genuine hospitality, keeping guests safe and
entertained, and helping create experiences that tell a story.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Welcoming guests to our gaming room and food and
beverage venues with genuine, friendly service
- Operating and maintaining gaming machines, TAB
and Keno terminals to a high standard
- Championing responsible gambling, spotting signs
of harm and acting in line with our RSG obligations
- Handling cash, processing payouts and
reconciling tills accurately
- Checking ID and monitoring the venue for
compliance with liquor and gaming regulations
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to a
high standard across our pub and restaurants
- Taking orders and providing attentive table and
bar service that keeps guests coming back
- Building genuine relationships with regulars and
making every guest feel like part of the family
- Keeping the gaming room and food and beverage
areas clean, well-presented and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and
RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) competency cards
- Experience in gaming, food and beverage, or
hospitality
- Confidence handling cash and operating
gaming/EGM or POS systems
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest
service
- A team player who takes direction well and
brings a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including
nights, weekends, and public holidays
