The Opportunity

Due to growth, we’re expanding our Support Centre and are looking for a Support Centre Technician to join the team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely technical support across a broad range of environments. This frontline role plays a key part in delivering a positive client experience and meeting service level commitments.

You’ll troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating where required, while maintaining excellent ticket hygiene. You’ll also work closely with the wider technical team to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and ticketing systems
  • Provide Level 1& 2 technical support for incidents and service requests
  • Log, triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
  • Escalate incidents appropriately following standard processes
  • Deliver clear, professional and proactive communication to clients
  • Support Windows desktops/laptops, printers and peripherals
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Perform user account administration including password resets, MFA and licensing
  • Assist with workstation builds, patching and updates
  • Carry out basic networking troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Follow security standards and escalate potential security incidents
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Support project work and scheduled maintenance when required

What You’ll Bring

  • A solid foundation in IT support
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A calm approach under pressure
