About us

- Building and maintaining project plans, milestones, RACI matrices and budget trackers
- Managing the ELT strategic project portfolio and making sure every project is reviewed at least quarterly

Communications, events and office
- Preparing the monthly newsletter, intranet posts and all-staff announcements
- Coordinating company events, offsites, workshops and recognition initiatives
- Managing general suppliers, office contracts, renewals and purchasing accounts
- Overseeing day-to-day Head Office operations, including facilities, visitors and WHS compliance
What you’ll bring
- A background in executive support or operations
- Proven project experience with the ability to keep people on track
- A highly organised, proactive approach, you see what’s coming and act before you’re asked
