About You

The key skills and behaviours that make a truly great Migration Coordinator, and what we are looking for are:

  • Proven prior experience, at least three years, within a similar role within the immigration industry, across a range of visa applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve

This role is based in Auckland, and therefore you must reside in Auckland to be able to work within our Auckland office as per our hybrid working policy.

About The Role

The Migration Coordinator is responsible for supporting our fantastic team of Immigration Advisers.

Broadly speaking, your duties will include:

  • Prepare and review applications and supporting documents in compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations; and company processes and policies.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about the process, requirements, and timelines.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction throughout the visa process.
  • Monitor and track the status of applications with immigration authorities and other authorities and ensure timely follow-up on client cases.
  • Handle any email or phone enquiries or issues related to applications, providing solutions or alternatives when necessary, and escalating to the Advisers as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client cases, applications lodged, and interactions using the company’s client management system.
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed in regards to report preparation and other directives from management.
  • Assisting in research as directed.
