About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Migration Agent with 2–5 years’ experience to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering immigration solutions, while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Working alongside our Migration Coordinators and Administrators, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best – providing expert migration advice, developing client strategies and making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

In this role, you will:

• Manage your own caseload across a range of visa matters, with a particular focus on employer-sponsored migration.
• Provide accurate, practical and strategic immigration advice to individuals and corporate clients on visa options, eligibility and compliance requirements.
• Assess complex immigration matters, identify potential challenges and develop tailored migration solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout their migration journey.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions regarding immigration strategies and global mobility requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Migration Coordinators, Administrators and other team members to ensure matters are managed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Stay up to date with changes to migration legislation, policies and procedures, ensuring advice remains accurate and compliant.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident in their migration knowledge, takes ownership of their work and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate the complexities of Australian immigration.

You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings a positive attitude to the team and takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and client service.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
• 2–5 years’ experience working as a Registered Migration Agent, with demonstrated experience in employer-sponsored visas.
• Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation, regulations and visa processes.
• Experience independently managing a caseload and providing advice directly to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
• A genuine passion for helping people, a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and values that align with ours.
