About the Role
Manage your own caseload end-to-end, supported by experienced Migration Coordinators. You will focus on delivering high-quality advice, building client relationships, and navigating complex matters with confidence.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate, practical, and suitability-first immigration advice with integrity and principle
- Managing your own caseload from start to finish with strong ownership and accountability
- Preparing and lodging visa, nomination, and sponsorship applications
- Drafting submissions, statutory declarations, and supporting documentation
- Conducting legal research and staying across legislative and policy changes
- Participating in client strategy meetings and contributing to global mobility planning
- Communicating clearly and regularly with clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and precedent development
- Approaching challenges with a solutions mindset and a commitment to overcoming complexity
We value principle and ownership, you will be supported to provide honest advice, including when a matter should not proceed.
About You
You are an experienced, client‑focused Migration Agent who genuinely cares about outcomes and doing things properly.
You will bring:
- Registered Migration Agent (MARA) with 3+ years’ experience
- Strong experience in employer-sponsored visas
- Client-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and able to overcome complex matters
- Clear communicator with a strong sense of accountability
You are someone who values honesty over convenience, acts with integrity, and ensures clients are never left wondering what is happening with their matter.
