As we expand our presence in Australia and the UK and accelerate our international growth, we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand marketing, and to help scale our revenue engine.
About the role:
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a performance-oriented marketer. As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead Simpel’s demand generation efforts across both new and established markets—playing a key role in building brand awareness and driving pipeline in the UK, while also deepening engagement and reach in our core Australian market.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success to execute integrated marketing initiatives across content, digital, events, SEO, paid media, and automation. With the UK market in a high-growth phase, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we grow our presence while continuing to optimise our impact in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Building & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens Simpel’s brand in core markets.
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Drive PR efforts, securing media coverage, partnerships, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Lead event marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate top-of-funnel demand and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
- Develop segmented, multi-touch campaigns targeting key personas and accounts across email, paid media, events, social, and outbound channels.
- Build and optimise re-engagement and nurture workflows to activate dormant leads, accelerate buyer journeys, and reduce drop-off.
- Plan and deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to high-value accounts using a mix of personalised content, outbound sequences, and targeted advertising.
- Continuously test and refine campaign elements to improve funnel velocity, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline contribution.
Content & Communications
- Oversee the content strategy, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that supports marketing goals.
- Manage the Content Specialist, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
- Ensure all sales and marketing collateral is compelling, up to date, and aligned with business objectives.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Own Simpel’s social media strategy, growing engagement and brand presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics, refining strategies for optimal performance.
Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related tools.
- Report on key metrics including lead volume, quality, pipeline impact, and channel ROI.
- Own and optimise the marketing budget to ensure high-return investment in campaigns and channels.
Who You Are
- A performance-driven B2B marketer with 4+ years’ experience in SaaS, tech, or construction technology.
- Deep experience in demand generation, campaign management, and pipeline-focused marketing
- Familiarity with the construction industry or marketing into complex, project-based B2B environments.
- Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
- Comfortable using or adopting AI tools for marketing productivity, content creation, and insight generation.
- Strong communicator and content thinker with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, data-literate, and hands-on in execution—with a mindset for continuous optimisation.
