Talent Acquisition Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, attract, and onboard exceptional talent.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and looking to make a tangible impact in a high-tech, mission-driven organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Creating compelling job adverts and helping drive candidate engagement through proactive talent pipelining.
• Supporting People & Culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Contributing to recruitment process improvements.

About you:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a technical or high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for people.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Seek, ATS systems).

Clearances

• Applicants must be an Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance for this role.

Candidates must meet ITAR requirements.
