Silentium Defence is a leader in advanced passive radar solutions for defence, space, and critical infrastructure sectors. We’re seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our team – someone who thrives at the intersection of customer support and technical delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support customers with system operation including deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades and training
• Lead technical demonstrations and trials for prospective customers
• Be the voice of the customer internally – provide feedback that drives product improvements
• Represent Silentium Defence at trade shows and industry events
• Assist R&D with field insights and system evaluations and Product Development to maintain cutting edge products

What You’ll Bring:

• Technical hands-on experience
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Self-motivation and strong prioritisation skill
• Relevant technical qualifications
• Australian Citizenship (must obtain NV1 security clearance)
• Driver’s license

Clearances

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
