Working days:

Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 9:00am – 1:00pm

What you will do

As part of our team, you will offer customers a unique shopping experience at our reuse market, process sales, manage inventory for resale, and help break down unsaleable items to maximise material recovery. This role is not just about sales; it’s about making a tangible difference in our community and environment by promoting reuse and recycling. You will have the chance to grow with Outlook, learning various roles within a motivated, helpful, and exceptionally friendly team.

About you

While previous experience in customer service or purchasing is beneficial, we place a high value on enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. We are looking for someone with excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Retail experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you are eager to learn and have a positive outlook, we are excited to train you and help you grow in your career.
