About Us

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive Facilities Manager to keep our facilities safe, well-maintained and ready for business.

About the Role

Based in Brendale, you’ll coordinate maintenance, manage contractors and support store fit-outs and property projects across our national portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating reactive and scheduled maintenance, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.
• Obtaining quotes, tendering work, and engaging and managing contractors.
• Maintaining the Facilities Maintenance Register and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Processing and tracking work orders through company procurement systems.
• Managing and auditing the Key Management System.
• Responding to security alarms as required.
• Supporting Project Managers with store fit-outs, refurbishments and smaller project rollouts.
• Coordinating suppliers, procurement and deliveries for new store setups.
• Building strong relationships with landlords, suppliers and internal teams.

National travel is required, with all travel expenses covered.

About You

You’re organised, practical and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership, communicate clearly and enjoy working with others to get things done.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, project coordination or procurement.
• An understanding of building systems, services and maintenance processes.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and business acumen.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Willingness and availability to travel nationally.

Experience supporting retail facilities or multiple locations will be highly regarded.
