GM – Capital Projects will play a pivotal role in overseeing core logistics and infrastructure projects through feasibility, construction and commissioning. Demonstrated ability to undertake change management and efficient handover to operations teams will be essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and implementation of capital projects to support the group’s objectives and growth plans
  • Oversight of logistics and infrastructure projects through feasibility, construction and commissioning
  • Undertake change management with staff and contractors to ensure delivery of project pipeline over time, including efficient handover of commissioned projects to operations teams
  • Collaborate with operating divisions of the group to ensure their insights and requirements are met in project delivery
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to the executive team and stakeholders (including external capital providers for the purpose of capital raising)

About you:

  • Tertiary qualified, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in project management, delivery and related capital raising, ideally with expertise in delivering projects in line with ESG and wider sustainability objectives
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement strategies and continuously self-improve
  • Proficiency in financial software and business tools, with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
