In your role, you’ll go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations—ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless, coordinating with other departments to support seamless service, and setting a positive example for your team. Key skills and responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily housekeeping operations;
• Managing room allocations and task distribution;
• Training and mentoring housekeeping staff;
• Conducting room inspections and maintaining quality standards;
• Assisting with rosters, stock control, and ordering;
• Coordinating with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Relevant experience in a housekeeping environment, with proven supervisory or leadership skills;
• A genuine passion for service excellence and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards;
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding impeccable quality throughout all areas.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as required;
