Junior 12d Applications Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a Junior 12d Applications Engineer to join our team in the Philippines – AEC Digital Services OPC, and help users get the most out of 12d Model, a civil engineering software application.

As a Junior 12d Applications Engineer specializing in 12d Model for Civil Engineering Design and Surveying Software, you will play a crucial role in making sure our software works well. Your tasks will include testing various courses and manuals, working with trainers and support teams, and helping to keep the 12d Model running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to 12d Model users, helping them understand software features and resolve application-related issues.
• Respond to user enquiries and assist with troubleshooting, documenting issues and escalating more complex matters when required.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and maintaining training materials, learning resources and documentation.
• Conduct software training sessions and workshops to help users develop their understanding of 12d Model.
• Review and update training courses to ensure content is accurate, relevant and easy to follow.
• Assist with the administration and ongoing support of training platforms and related resources.
• Coordinate with the Australian team on support requests, training activities, documentation and other operational tasks.
• Gather user feedback and contribute ideas to improve support processes, training materials and the overall user experience.

About You

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• An interest in software applications, technology and supporting users of engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new software and technical concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the Philippines and Australia.
• Good attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, training or a related role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with 12d Model or other civil engineering software is desirable but not essential.
