At 1 Hotel Melbourne, our Bamford Wellness Spa is a sanctuary where nature, sustainability, and mindful living meet. We’re looking for a Spa Host/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa, creating meaningful experiences that nurture body, mind, and spirit.

As our Spa Host/Receptionist, you will:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth, offering an overview of our spa and hotel facilities.
• Manage reservations, calls, and guest enquiries with ease and professionalism.
• Escort guests to treatments while sharing the unique benefits of our services.
• Confidently recommend and upsell treatments, enhancements, and Bamford retail products.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including therapist scheduling and guest flow.
• Deliver seamless service, from first contact through to post-departure.
• Handle guest requests, check-ins/outs, and retail transactions with care and precision.
• Have the ability to work evenings, weekends and occasional leave cover.

• Knowledge of spa treatments, holistic wellness, and mindful living.
• Confidence in recommending and upselling treatments and retail products.
• A proactive, self-driven approach that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural communicator with a professional phone manner and warm, welcoming presence.
• A current RSA.
• Personality and warmth.
