About the Role:
We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Part-time Spa Therapists to join our team.
As a Spa Therapist at Bamford Wellness Spa, you will deliver exceptional treatments inspired by the Bamford philosophy focused on wellness, sustainability, and mindful living. Through your expertise in wellness therapies, attention to detail, and genuine care, you’ll create a calming and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a wide range of high-quality holistic spa treatments, including massage, body treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Consult with guests to tailor treatments to their individual needs
• Maintain the exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism
• Accurately record guest notes and treatment details
• Build confident knowledge of the spa menu, benefits and Bamford product range
• Recommend spa products and promote wellness offerings in a guest-led way
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to support a seamless guest experience
What We Are Looking For:
• Diploma in Massage Therapy or Remedial Massage
• Minimum 2-3+ years’ experience in a luxury spa, hotel or comparable wellness environment
• A calm, warm and caring professional approach to guest care
• Experience in delivering relaxation, deep tissue, and hot stone massage treatments
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently while contributing positively to a team
• Strong technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow
• Genuine passion for wellness, sustainability, and hospitality
