We’re looking for experienced and passionate Barista’s to join our Food & Beverage team at

1 Hotel Melbourne.

You’ll join a collaborative hotel team where you can develop your hospitality experience, work across a dynamic luxury property and be part of a brand that does things a little differently.

If coffee is your craft, hospitality is your passion, and you love the variety of hotel life, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous Barista experience within the Melbourne hospitality market
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, extraction and milk texturing
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment
• A warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for guest service
• The ability and willingness to work across different areas and outlets within the hotel
• A flexible approach to your roster, with availability across weekdays, weekends, mornings and public holidays
• A team-first attitude – you’re happy to jump in and support wherever needed
• High standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be crafting consistently great coffee while creating genuine connections with our guests. Depending on the day, you may find yourself supporting different Food & Beverage areas throughout the hotel, giving you variety and the opportunity to experience hospitality beyond a traditional café environment.
