- Assist in reviewing and coordinating tender documents
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and pricing
- Help with pricing analysis and cost planning
- Follow internal processes to deliver high-quality, accurate work
- Learn how to interpret drawings, identify scope, and build competitive estimates
What you’ll bring to the role
- Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- A genuine interest in fit-out and refurbishment
- Good time management, organisation and communication skills
- A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Previous industry experience (even part-time or site-based) is great, but not essential
Why you’ll love it here
- Learn from some of the best in the business with structured mentoring and real support
- Be part of a warm, welcoming team who genuinely care about what they do – and strive to be the best at it
- Monthly birthday celebrations and regular shout-outs through our URecognise program
- Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and annual flu shots
- Proud member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC)
- Unita-branded merch and referral bonuses if you bring great people into the fold
