Flexible Work Arrangements
We understand that everyone has different needs and responsibilities outside of work. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling options and work from home arrangements for many of our positions.
We have three connect days, where our employees come together in the newly developed Mission Whitten Oval offices to interact and participate in activities designed to drive connection and fun, combined with two days’ work from home.
Health and Wellness Program
We believe in taking care of our employees’ physical and mental health. That’s why we offer wellness programs and resources to help our team members stay healthy and happy.
Our wellbeing partner extends support in the areas of counselling, nutrition and lifestyle, legal, financial, conflict resolution and Manager support. Additional Leave days and Work / Life leave
Leave plays an important role in the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, which we recognise with additional leave initiatives. In additional to the statutory leave entitlements you will receive five extra days, including a continuation of the Melbourne Cup Day long weekend, a day of leave for your Birthday and fortnightly summer Fridays, November through to January. The Club also offers Work / Life leave to recognise the work our employees put in on game days.
Continuous Learning & Development
Our employees benefit from continuous access to Learning & Development opportunities to enhance their skills and advance their careers. Opportunities exist to gain exposure to a variety of departments within the Club, participate in mentoring and secondment opportunities, complete on-line training or undertake more formal training through our partnership with Victoria University.
