Summary:

MR or HR truck driver that is keen and motivated to work with us. We will supply training and put you in as an offsider while you are on casual and learning the job. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collection and loading of tyres from our client sites and delivering to Recycler sites while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Local work and some away work available for HR Drivers. Away allowances and Hotel Acomodation provided.

This is a manual job collecting used tyres from retail outlets.

Our standard hours are performed over a 4 day week and with Long Weekends or Overtime available.

Immediate start available at our Ipswich site.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a commercial truck in a safe and efficient manner
Transport goods and materials to various locations
Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
Perform routine maintenance on the truck and report any issues to management
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Truck driver's license HR or MR
Manual Car Licence entry level position also available with the view to transition to HR Truck Driver
Clean driving record
Ability to operate and maintain a Manual HR or MR truck
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Physical ability to load and unload cargo
