Are you a reliable, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Roland DG Australia is looking for a motivated Storeperson to join our Warehouse & Logistics team!

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for the efficient management of stock, accurate picking/packing of orders, and coordinating deliveries – all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders with a high level of accuracy

• Timely dispatch of consignments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse

• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with WHS policies

• Track and book deliveries

• Perform daily forklift checks and warehouse stocktakes

• Support logistics between Head Office and warehouse

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift license

• Current driver's license.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in logistics/warehouse operations

• 1–2 years’ forklift experience

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• A team-first attitude and a can-do spirit

Skills & Competencies:

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Customer service focused

• A confident communicator

• Calm under pressure

• Positive about change and continuous improvement
