Riverland is a busy, sun soaked venue on the banks of the Yarra River (CBD), set against the iconic Melbourne cityscape. We are a 600-person capacity bar and eatery with a jam-packed calendar. We host DJs, themed brunches, functions of all shapes and are just a short walk to the Arts precinct and MCG. Our year round outdoor venue is the ideal spot for beers and bites while soaking up the sun in summer or basking under the heaters and warming up with one of our winter cocktails in the cooler months.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our Managers are more than just shift runners. We welcome you to gain a sound understanding and insight into the operations of the business, including staffing and recruitment, finance, and menu development. Our leaders manage diverse teams of up to 40 enthusiastic and passionate staff. There is the chance to make each venue and each team your own.

We’re looking for a hands-on, optimistic and detail orientated manager with 2+ years experience in a leadership role.
