Positive Care Solutions currently have ongoing placements for individuals with high complex needs where they have the right to receive high support levels of support to ensure a safe, smooth transition back into the community. We believe ensuring all risks are prevented from the start to safeguard all involved, we want to see those individuals with high complex needs be given a chance to succeed in a life filled with quality and safety. We advocate for the right support levels for individuals who are often not a match for other providers and are at risk at longer stays in the hospital. PCS have strong teams only using well experienced and qualified support workers with a vision of best supporting the consumers with a therapeutic approach. We take referrals for individuals with high complex care needs with a disability or psycho-social disability, including areas of but not limited to forensic mental health.
