Nookie is an Australian-made women’s fashion brand known for its iconic event wear and globally beloved “Nookie fit.” We’re on a mission to take our digital presence to the next level and are looking for a visionary eCommerce and Digital Manager to join our team.

As our eCommerce and Digital Manager, you will lead and shape Nookie’s global e-commerce and digital marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving our online growth, telling our brand story, and ensuring a seamless and engaging digital experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy across e-commerce, social media, and digital advertising channels.
Oversee all e-commerce activities on Shopify, ensuring a world-class user experience and seamless functionality.
Lead digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other platforms, collaborating with internal and external teams.
Analyse data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive online sales growth.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure that all digital content aligns with Nookie’s brand voice and vision.
Innovate and stay ahead of digital trends to continuously elevate our online presence and engage our audience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior eCommerce and digital role, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms (especially Shopify) and digital marketing tools.
A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and innovative campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Alignment with Nookie's brand ethos and a commitment to embodying our values of joy, respect, and creativity.
