We are currently seeking a compassionate, organised and friendly Client Support & Scheduling Officer to join our growing team. 💼 About the Role:

As a Client Support & Scheduling Officer, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects our clients to the services they rely on. You’ll work as part of our dedicated call centre team, responding to client calls, booking services, and coordinating with our internal teams to make sure everyone’s needs are met in a timely and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients and their families with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule services such as home support, gardening, maintenance, and personal care

• Coordinate bookings with support workers based on availability and client needs

• Update and maintain accurate records in our client management system

• Assist with general enquiries and provide information about our services

• Escalate issues as needed to ensure client safety and satisfaction

🤝 Who We’re Looking For:

You might already have experience in a call centre, scheduling, or aged/disability care—or you might be someone with strong communication and organisational skills looking to start a career in the community sector. Either way, we’ll provide training and ongoing support.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A great communicator with a friendly phone manner

• Empathetic, patient, and respectful towards clients of all backgrounds

• Organised with good attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• A team player with a genuine desire to help others

Previous experience in aged care, disability support, administration or rostering is a bonus, but not essential.
