About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team to provide customer service support to our clients. This role focuses largely on Indigenous services and administrative work. The role will require the use of strong governance, organisation, and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

Processing Membership applications

Assisting with phone calls and emails from existing and potential Members

Following up potential Members for required documents and information

Preparing Membership applications to be reviewed and approved at the Group Meetings

Continuing to update the Membership list with new contact information, and adding new Members as they apply

Preparation of agenda, flyers, forms and mails outs for Community Meetings

Arranging flights, accommodation, venue and catering of meetings when required

Assisting with any other ad hoc administrative duties as required

About You

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role

Previous experience with the Indigenous Community desirable

Strong organisation skills

Good initiative and innovation skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Active listener

Resourceful and solution orientated

Good support and friendly team spirit

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrate proactively and a desire to learn
