About the role

Reporting to our two Directors, this role will be responsible for ensuring our day to day operations run smoothly and will involve a unique blend of administration, client service, accounts and general support to our team. You will have the scope to use your initiative and make this role your own.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining office supplies, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and taking initial enquiries from new clients.

• Planning and coordinating regular team and client events, as well as presentations and team meetings.

• Managing client files by opening new files, preparing cost agreements, conducting conflict checks, and preparing client correspondence.

• Preparing weekly WIP reports for fee earners.

• Managing the monthly billing for the team as well as following up debtors.

• Reconciling accounts and managing supplier payments.

• Producing and updating documents and templates for the team to use.

• Providing diary management and other administration support to our team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who loves to get stuck into a role, suggest improvements and make things run efficiently. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

• Advanced IT skills, and an ability to pick up new systems quickly.

• Experience working in an administrative or legal administrator role with exposure to clients.

• Experience or knack for creating and implementing new systems.

• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation.

• A high level of initiative and willingness to move things along without constant guidance.

Legal experience isn’t necessary as we are willing to train the right person.
