The ideal candidate will take pride in achieving results, delivering professional and exceptional service, and having a high attention to detail when preparing internal and external reports and presentations. They will have market knowledge with the appetite to keep learning in order to develop into a market expert and trusted advisor for our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Canvassing and building relationships with the goal of providing an appraisal and securing a property listing

• Supporting the senior sales agents with property listings

• Preparing for, attending and assisting at mid-week and Saturday open homes

• Following up on leads from open homes and preparing Vendor reports

• Collaborating with the whole team to better service our clients

People and relationship buildings skills along with maturity and a professional manner with a can-do, no task is too big or small attitude will be key attributes for the successful candidate, along with:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A willingness to learn, develop and receive feedback

• Determination to succeed

• Attention to detail and excellent time management

• A team player mindset

• A current Real Estate Certificate, Registration, or Licence

• A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
