What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in your territory.
Work strategically to expand market share within the ophthalmology sector.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies for growth.
Build and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and review annual territory business plans.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant data in the CRM system.
General admin and reporting to support effective territory planning and customer management.

What You’ll Bring

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently and thrive within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel to rural Victoria and Tasmania as required.
Experience in medical or ophthalmic sales is advantageous.
