The Role:

Our purpose is to save clients time, money and stress when it comes to purchasing property.

As a Henderson Buyers Agent, you will be responsible for advocating and guiding our clients throughout the entire property purchasing journey across both residential and/or commercial. We're after driven individuals with a real estate background who have exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Duties include:

Proactively build lasting client relationships.
Develop strong connections with local real estate professionals.
Network strategically to generate leads for the business
Identify upcoming opportunities and secure off-market listings.
Conduct comprehensive property inspections for clients.
Streamline communication and transaction processes.
Work strategically in the Newcastle region, networking, creating buyer briefs, and negotiating purchases.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Ability to work independently and manage your own client base effectively.
Customer-focused approach with a high level of professionalism
