We are seeking a passionate Retail Stylist/Assistant to join our team and provide an exceptional in-store experience. This part-time role requires availability for 10-15 hours per week, with the ability to work weekends being essential.

As a key member of our retail team, you will:

Offer personalised styling advice to our customers, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values.
Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented, assisting with visual merchandising and stock presentation.
Support in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial performance of the store.
Build strong relationships with new and returning customers, offering outstanding customer service.
Assist in stock management, inventory tasks, and reporting as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in high-end retail.
A passion for styling and an eye for detail.
A warm, confident communication style and the ability to build rapport with customers.
A team player mentality with flexibility to work weekends.
