Casual Wednesday Thursday & Friday – Weekends Saturday and Sunday

About this Opportunity

The role is located at our Head Office in Arndell Park, reporting to the Office Manager.

We are looking for a candidate with strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple task and deadlines simultaneously.

To be successful the following is required:

• Accurate data entry

• Exposure to Business Central or similar enterprise software is desirable for processing orders

• Printing of dockets, run sheets and daily load summaries

• Communicating with customers via phone, text and email

• Communicating with office staff, factory staff and drivers

• Great attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Pleasant phone manner

• Computer literate

• Ideally you have had solid work experience in a customer service and data entry role

• You must be able to work independently at times but also as part of a team

• Available to work weekends

Our ideal person will be a team player with a high level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and initiative. Previous experience working in a similar role.

• Relevant experience within a similar industry (desirable)
