Duties & Responsibilities

Schedule trades & materials to ensure hebel cladding, render and paint jobs across Sydney and NSW are completed successfully, within budget and required timeframes
Liaise with clients to manage their expectations and keep them well informed, to ensure they are happy with our work
Inspect job sites to ensure they are safe (meeting WHS requirements) and ready for our trades to commence work
Inspect jobs to ensure they are completed to a high standard of quality
Keep a record of all activities relating to the job in our cloud-based job management system
Travel to job sites across Sydney & NSW

Skills & Experience

Solid technical knowledge of residential building & construction (on-site experience, particularly with Hebel, Render &/or paint preferred)
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Strong communicator
Good organisation and problem-solving skills
A driven team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work unsupervised
Sound technical skills for use of computer & mobile devices - navigating emails, job management system & inspection reporting app
A Construction Induction White Card or relevant State card
A valid driver's license
