At Dewdrops Early Learning we strive to provide childcare and kindergarten that nurtures each child’s needs and interests, and captures their imagination and willingness to learn. In turn, we feel proud to support families by being part of the “village” that it takes to raise a child. Founded in 2007, Dewdrops remains a family owned “boutique” early childhood service with four locations: Coburg, Brunswick, Brunswick West and Reservoir. We are a small, yet dynamic team, and proud of our growing reputation as an employer of choice in the early years sector. Part of our philosophy is to “be better together” which is why we are proud to provide ongoing access to both professional and personal development opportunities for all our team. Through teamwork and collaboration, we aim to create a positive and innovative workplace, knowing that this, in turn, leads to the best possible service to our families, and care and education for our Dewdrops children.
