Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated Helpdesk and Data Quality Officer Trainee to join our team.

As a trainee, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone or email. You will also be responsible for ensuring the data quality is maintained in the system. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email.

- Providing technical support on hardware and software issues.

- Monitoring data quality in the system.

- Identifying areas for improvement in processes related to data quality.

- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

- Be willing to complete a traineeship - Certificate 3 Business Administration

-Experience working customer service but not essential.
